Step 1: Request Your Evaluation Kit
Once you’ve submitted the form below or Emailed us at: craven@houseofcraven.com, our team will contact you to confirm that we’ve received your request. We’ll send you an evaluation kit within 3-5 business days.
Step 2: Mail in Your Valuables
The evaluation kit includes a welcome letter, jewelry packing form, and a prepaid, self-addressed return envelope insured by us for $2,500. Send in your gold, jewelry, coins and more. A House of Craven team member will email you when we receive your items.

Step 3: Receive Your Offer
To provide the same transparency we do in store, we’ll record our evaluation of your items on video within one business day of receipt. A House of Craven team member will send your offer via email.
Step 4: Receive Your Payment
If you choose to sell, we’ll send a check within one business day. If you prefer to keep your items, we’ll return them to you in an insured package within three business days. If we do not receive a response within ten days, we’ll follow up via email and return your items.
